Swedish Government has passed a package of 3 regulations (effective from 30th of June 2022) in order to support and bring in more flexibility to employees and employment conditions:
Amendments in LAS (employment protection law): changes in employment termination rules, new employment (contract) form affecting full-time employment; changes in rights to be entitled to A-kassa;
Guiding and advisory support for those employees who are not members of any Union;
Readjustment support to give employees possibility to study full-time with loan and allowance to cover 80% of loss of income.
