Insurance compensation with termination due to lack of work - FORA

If you are dismissed due to lack of work, you can receive compensation from the Severance Pay Insurance, AGB, which is a part of FORA insurance administration. The compensation is paid as a lump sum when your employment has ended. 

The amount is determined by your age (40+) and your regular working hours (ca 50 months within past 5 years). Notification must be made to AFA Insurance within two years of your employment ending.
