Bookwise & Co är en ekonomibyrå som erbjuder heltäckande ekonomiska tjänster samt juridisk rådgivning med inriktning på ekonomi.

Om oss
Vi är ett dynamiskt team och vi lägger stor vikt på personlig service. Det har vi med oss vad vi än gör, vare sig rådgivning, redovisning eller hjälper till med start-ups.
Vi tror att en bra redovisningskonsult ska hålla sig uppdaterad och ha koll på nya lagar/regler som införs. En lagförändring kan vara väldigt avgörande för kunden och därför är det viktigt att vi förstår våra kunders verksamhet. Med det i åtanke håller vi en en nära relation till våra kunder. Den nära relationen med kunderna gör det lättare att se deras behov och hitta lösningar.

Varje medlem i vår team är utbildad inom branschen och har breda kunskaper. Vi samarbetar som ett team och om du hittar en fråga som en av medlemmarna inte har svar på så kan du vara säker på att nån av de andra medlemmarna har svar till dig - det kallar vi för teamwork!

Tjänster
Registrering av aktiebolag
Det kan vara svårt att veta om man ska köpa ett lagerbolag eller om man ska registrera ett bolag från början - prata med oss.
Löpande bokföring
Vi är flexibla med att erbjuda löpande bokföring. Oftast vill kunden själv hantera faktureringen och vi tar hand om resten.Vi är beredda att ta full kontroll över din bokföring eller komma med en plan hur vi delar upp ansvaret och därigenom effektivisera arbetet samt spara tid.
Skatt & deklaration
Vi hjälper till med momsdeklaration, arbetsgivardeklaration, inkomstdeklaration och periodisk sammanställning.
Löneadministration
Vi hjälper till med allt kring lön från A-Z. Anställningsavtal, kollektivavtal, lönekörning, semesterberedning, Fora, Byggnads, Lösen mm.
Skatteplanering
Vi erbjuder konsultationer inom skatteplanering. Det kan bli väldigt dyrt att inte skatteplanera.
Årsredovisning
Årsredovisningar för små till medelstora bolag (K2 regelverk), utan och med revisor.
Företagstjänster
Inom företagstjänster erbjuder vi aktieägare, styrelser och företagsledningar ett brett urval av kvalitativa finansiella och administrativa företagstjänster såsom skattregistreringar, Bolagsverket registreringar, instruktioner och kommunikation med olika organisationer (försäkringsbolag, facket m.m.)
Delgivningsbar person
Bookwise & Co tillhandahåller en särskild delgivningsmottagare/delgivningsbar person samt kan utföra administrativa tjänster åt bolag som saknar behörig ställföreträdare bosatt i Sverige.
Priset för ett års tjänst är 5.500 kr + moms.
(Särskild delgivningsmottagare i enlighet med aktiebolagslagen 8 kap. 40 §.)
