Guidance to register a company.
The decision of whether to form a brand new company may be influenced by a number of factors - lets discuss them.
Regular accounting
Wide range of accounting services. Tell us what you need, and we’ll adjust to that. Either you need us to completely manage your accounting or you wish to be in charge and we’ll assist you. Our client decides the course, based on it’s needs.
No startup fee – joining us is free of charge.
Hourly price is 720kr + VAT.
Tax & declarations
We help you with VAT declaration, income declaration, salary declaration (AGI), EC sales declaration.
Payroll services
We carry out all tasks in the field of payroll administration, pension, HR, and taxes in compliance with Swedish law and regulations.
Tax planning
Our tax experts offer your company an insight into tax planning.
Annual report
Annual reports preparations for corporations with or without appointed auditor.
Corporate services
Part of our specialization is in helping foreign individuals and companies to establish businesses in Sweden. AB, Sole Trader, Permanent Establishment for Foreign Company, Filial etc. We will together come to a best solution of the establishment form that suits the clients situation best.
Authorized recipient
Person authorized to receive service of process or as in Swedish: Särskild delgivningsmottagare.
We provide a person authorized to receive service of process according to Chapter 8 section 40 of The Swedish Companies Act.
Yearly service price is 5.500 kr (+ VAT).
In addition, we can provide other services as requested by you in connection with the establishment and operation of your company, including corporate and administrative, and of course accounting services.
